Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

Step 3: Enjoy Your Shake

I ordered the banana cream pie flavor this time. It reminds me of laffy taffy, sort of a sweet, fake banana flavor. Probably the flavor I have liked the least. It digests easily and mixes well, just was not a fan of this flavor.

Unico has the best tasting protein powders, hands down! I normally do not care for vanilla-flavored protein powders, but ALL of Unico’s are delicious! For me, this is second only to the Banana Cream Pie. It’s amazing when blended like a milkshake, but even in a blender bottle with coconut milk and ice, it’s freaking awesome. Mixes well with no clumps (that’s partly due to the blender bottle, but also the formula itself – cups can only do so much, and some powders are just gross and clumpy). It’s perfect if I need to supplement my protein macros, or if I just use it as a meal replacement. Thanks, Unico!!
