Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

I have ordered this protein powder twice (the Birthday cake protein powder) It took a little experimenting, but I love the recipe I use and it makes an awesome, awesome shake every time. 1 scoop of the protein powder, about 1 cup of almond milk/soy milk/whatever I have on hand, 1 frozen banana, and a handful of frozen strawberries. I make it almost every day and it is so great. I haven’t tried any other flavors, but they look great. Would recommend
