Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

The Birthday cake is a fantastic flavor! Mixes super easy. Good with water or milk ( I use almonds Milk)…and of course, who doesn’t love sprinkles in their shake! Excellent to make an ice cream / or dessert with if you’re getting some sweet cravings too!!

Best protein I’ve ever tasted. It makes it a delight to drink. It’s so amazing my 9yr old son asked me for one everyday. If a kid likes it you know it tastes delicious. I add Unsweetened coconut milk and frozen fruit and its better than any smoothie place I’ve been to. I can’t name names but you know what smoothie places I mean. The vanilla shake is awesome and the funfetti cupcake is to die for. Love love love this protien. It also doesn’t give me that bloated feeling that others do. Its super smooth, not like other proteins that make you feel like you’re drinking a glass full of watered down sand or chalk. This protien is in my opinion the best in every way. Ūnico user for life. I was looking for some kind of protein powder to help supplement my diet, as I tend to go all day without eating during the work day. Decided to try this and see if it lived up to the hype. It tasted better and less gritty when blended as opposed to just using a shaker bottle, but it was good either way. It definitely fills me up and helps get rid of the oops-I-forgot-to-eat-today headaches. Try blending some frozen cherries in the birthday cake powder- you won’t regret it!
