Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

This super finely ground protein powder mixes so easily, does not have a gritty texture at all, and tastes AMAZING!!! I have a sensitive stomach and was worried because I’ve had issues with whey before. But the combination of whey, casein, and egg work wonders! I haven’t had a single issue yet, and I’ve been using it daily for over a week so far! If you’re worried about the sweetness, it has fantastic flavor without being overly sweet. I mix half water and half oat milk and it’s addictive!
