Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

I tried this first in the single size it was great!! I did order the large container and I was saddened by the flavor…. Just did not taste the same. I am disappointed by the flavor in the large container. I have to grin and bear it until it’s gone. Shakes are great I look forward to having them until I opened this one and tasted it … cannot throw it away it’s too expensive. I guess it will sit until I have no other choices

When I say I hate the flavor of protein, I mean I HATE HATE HATE the flavor. I know so many people that say things like, “oh the protein flavor isn’t so bad” or “you get used to it”. I never have and I refuse to ever tell myself to suck it up and just drink or eat anything that tastes like you might as well have melted plastic and poured it over a piece of chalk and pretending it’s cake. Trying to be healthy is hard enough without feeling like eating is a task or something to endure. These shakes are good enough that food is no longer a burden. Food should be enjoyable, not something to fear. This stuff is so good! If you prefer it to be less sweet, just add more liquid, but I like it sweet, and this is exactly how I like it! Best part, no aftertaste or weird flavors AT ALL! As for how long it keeps me feeling full, I want to say around 3 hours, more if I add stuff to it. I get bloated very easily thanks to some health issues, but this is the first protein that I have tried that doesn’t cause me to blow up like a balloon! The one and only reason I put 4 stars was the longer than expected order processing time. The order confirmation email said just a few business days, it took 2 weeks to process (plus a few days shipping) because it was on b/o. There was no notification during the order or after to notify that it wasn’t in stock until I emailed in. But I am hoping that this is just a rare occurance and won’t be an issue in the future. Because I intend to order again! In fact I just did! If you are looking for something that tastes great, makes you feel great, and doesn’t cause you to freak out over food, this is it for you.
P.S. I drink it with oatmilk and I HIGHLY recommend trying it that way! It is soooo smooth and creamy together and delicious!

The protein powder is delicious! I’ve had the banana cream pie before and I just recently got the vanilla cupcake with sprinkles. I love the taste. I personally do t like the sprinkles. I didn’t think I would mind them so I have it a shot but for me, it feels funny when I’m drinking my protein drink. They DO NOT in anyway impact the flavor in a negative way so it still gets 5 stars!
I’ve also tried the sample box so I’ve had a few delicious flavors!

Oh. My. Goodness.
I’ve tried a few other protein powders in the past. They always had an odd texture, indistinct flavors, and chemical sweetener aftertaste. Not this! It is as fabulous as the label! I mix it with frozen fruit as a smoothie or with almond milk as a birthday cake shake. Yum! I did my homework on this one, and the reviews truly represent this product. Lived up to the hype. (Great customer service, btw).
