Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

Step 3: Enjoy Your Shake

Making this now for myself and my 11 y/o – he loves it and I feel it’s a good alternative to breakfast some days when we are running behind. I use chocolate milk and frozen tiny coffee cubes to mix with and it is so tasty! It keeps my son full and focused until snack/lunchtime and me the same until I can break for lunch. Unico hands down has the BEST protein powder. The only reason it’s not getting a 5 star review from me is because I’m so disappointed in how small the new packaging is. I’m getting much less product than before. But luckily it does have the same great taste!

Hands down one of the best chocolate protein powders I’ve ever had. Unico consistently kills it with their flavor profiles. It never has any weird aftertaste like a lot of protein powders have. It mixes beautifully. The chocolate is also a great enough flavor that I can easily mix it into other things. I’ve made Chia Seed Pudding, Regular Protein Pudding and Oatmeal with it and doesn’t leave me with that nasty weird flavor that every other protein powder has done. Just a really great protein.
Unfortatnely, the only con for me is the reduction in protein. I have a hard time consuming enough food to meet my protein goal each day so I rely on protein shakes to help fill in that nutritional gap. Due to this I’ll be staying with the protein powder I found while waiting for Apollos return, It has less carbs, less sugar, added BCAAS and more protein. It’s also around the same price point and only 10 additional calories. I plan on keeping Apollo as a secondary protein on days I need an extra protein boost and low calories.
Despite this, I still really recommend this protein powder. I still love Apollo, the company and everything they work towards. So I’ll still be sending people Unico’s way!

This is the protein powder I recommend to everyone. It dissolves so well and tastes amazing. You can make so many different combos. Love the new bag too since it doesn’t take up as much space! When it was out of stock, I’d check all the time to see if I could buy it again. Delicious!!!
