Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

Step 3: Enjoy Your Shake
After blending, you. are ready to drink your freshly-made protein shake/smoothie. Enjoy this one - you deserve it!

This protein powder is a great flavor because you can add flavors like mint or powdered peanut butter, but it tastes great on its own. Having lactose issues and being picky about protein powder, this brand tastes great and agrees with my body. Even my kids enjoy this flavor. I make my shake with no sugar added coconut milk and it tastes fabulous.

Coffee “Frosty” milkshake! This got my 19 y/o out of bed to sample. Brew plain coffee the night before and freeze into regular or even smaller size ice cubes. Then blend 4-6 cubes with 1 scoop of powder and 1 cup of whatever milk you prefer – I used lactose-free. All blends to perfection in large yeti-style cup with an immersion blender. If you don’t want the frozen you could use 1 cup of cold coffee instead. Truly no chalky aftertaste with this or the Banana protein powders. I am looking forward to trying more flavors.

Personally this is my favorite flavor for when I make my microwave protein cakes!!! It is so good! I mix my “batter” and microwave it for 1-min then I get to enjoy cake whenever I want! Without the sugar and useless calories! I can eat what I want with my sweet tooth and STILL lose weight. Like what??!? I mean COME ON! Seriously you guys should just sponsor me cuz I tell everyone and won’t stop, can’t stop!
