Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

Step 3: Enjoy Your Shake

Admittedly I am not a protein shake junkie, so I don’t have much to compare this to, but I will say that many of the flavors are very drinkable. What I really love is that when paired with my Fairlife skim milk, I can easily get in 38 grams of protein which leaves me feeling full for a really long time! So far I have tried the birthday cake, which was a bit too sweet/artificial tasting for me, but works really well when mixed into our waffle batter. I moved on to try the chocolate, and I think this may be my current favorite. The next one I tried was Aunt Judy’s Banana Cream Pie, which is probably my second favorite. This morning I tried the cinnamon roll flavor and although slightly better than birthday cake, it was still too sweet for me. I can’t wait to try the vanilla, cookies and cream, and salted caramel!

I have tried numerous protein powders and I always get the same result which is a chalky shake with a horrible taste. I ordered the Molten Chocolate Lava shake and it is a chocolate lovers dream! Added bonus is it keeps me super full.

I recently ordered the chocolate and banana. I love them both!! They are great mixed with almond milk or just water. I did take my stomach about a week to get used to them, but I feel like that was the BCAA in them. I will definitely order again!!!
