Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

Step 3: Enjoy Your Shake

I’m really impressed with this company! My husband and I decided to try the sample pack first (all delicious, by the way) then we got the big one of the chocolate lava cake, and it is so good! Not to mention really fast shipping, adorable packaging, and it really does keep you full for a long time. My husband has done protein shakes before, but I never have liked any of them. This is basically like drinking chocolate milk, except better! Can’t wait to try our next flavor in a few weeks (I think we’ll go with the chocolate peanut butter next).

Holy yum-ness. This stuff is amazing. I have the Molten Chocolate Lava Shake and I love it. Usually with protein powders I have to mix them into stuff to disguise the taste, just so I can choke them down. Not the case here! I can drink this with just water or almond milk and it’s delicious. It also tastes great with a banana, a scoop of peanut butter, almond mild, and ice. My favorite way to treat myself after a workout! I’m going to order the sample box next so I can discover more great flavors. Do yourself a favor and order this now!
