Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

Step 3: Enjoy Your Shake

I’ve always searched for a protein powder that tastes good while containing good ingredients. Another thing I LOVE is when it gets thick as it feels more like a milk shake and keeps me full longer. This is the jackpot! The taste is amazing and the texture is great. I have got the molten chocolate twice and love it. I also just got a single packet of the birthday cake and was nervous it would be gross but after mixing it up and taking the first sip I couldn’t believe how delicious it was. Love the flavors (doesn’t have that chalky after taste) and how well they mix! My only disappointment was when I finally ordered a tub and it came what looked like half full knowing there is air and settling. When I measured out the servings, it only came out to be 22 vs 27 🙁

I ordered the Molten Chocolate Lava Shake and absolutely love the taste! This is probably the best protein drink I’ve ever had. It is a bit sweet but it reminds me of chocolate milk. I also love how easily it mixes in the blender bottle and it doesn’t have a gritty texture.
