This flavor is amazing. I added some greek yogurt to my shake this morning and it gave it a slight tang so it tasted exactly like the cream cheese frosting on cinnabon rolls. I could definitely see this used in other applications… protein pancakes, parfaits and oatmeal. Definitely a fan of this one.

The BEST! Tastes like the milk leftover In the bowl after eating Cinnamon Toast Crunch! I also have the Pumpkin Spice flavor, but wasn’t as impressed as I hoped for it. I’ll have to add to it to make it something I like. The Googey Cinnamon Roll is definitely getting re-ordered! Also, the customer service is INCREDIBLE! You guys are amazing!

I mix this with my morning (cold brew) coffee, and it’s amazing. It acts as a replacement for both the cream and sugar that I used to put in my coffee. This is, by far, my favorite flavor, and the APOLLO Protein, specifically, is the best balance of things I look for in a protein (i.e. protein / carb ratio, texture, and flavor).

I bought a variety sample pack and I just finished this flavor with unsweetened almond milk and had to write a review. This one is delicious. I will buy the full size when it comes back in stock. I can imagine this would be delicious in overnight oats with freeze-dried (or fresh) apples, pecans, and maybe a little bit of maple syrup.

At first taste, I wasn’t all about this flavor. Then my husband was raving about it and I was like, really? He said “Don’t think of it as a pastry, think of it as the milk left over from eating cinnamon toast crunch. I tasted it again and was like, yeah, okay, that’s perfect and now I love it. Cereal milk is all the rage 😉
