Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

Thew strawberry cheesecake flavor is incredible! I add a few fresh berries and some hemp milk and I’m in heaven. Can’t believe this is a protein shake, it tastes great. My only complaint, there’s no scoop in the container, so I have to estimate the amount to use.

I bought the sample box initially to try out the flavors. There was so much hype on the Strawberry Cheesecake that I figured I would just go for it. No disappointment at all. I do feel like I need to blend with ice, almond milk, and a frozen banana. I can’t just do water or milk alone in the shaker bottle personally. Blending the ingredients makes it taste like a smoothie. Keeps me fuller longer and is also a great snack substitute.

I can’t tell you how much I like this protein. I have tried lots of protein powders and they always have this horrible after taste and these protein powders don’t have that. And they really taste like what they are supposed to taste like–strawberry tastes like strawberry and chocolate tastes like chocolate. The powders are also really fine which means that they mix well.
