Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

This powder really did exceed my expectations. I went off other recommendations and picked the vanilla ice cream milkshake flavor. I mix it every morning post workout in my nutri-bullet with 8oz of water, and it tastes pretty amazing. PSA – a moment or two in the blender goes a long way…too much spinning and you’ll end up with nothing but foam. The quality and value is on par with other Unico products (which is awesome). I’m especially happy it mixes so well with just water, because now it’ll be hiking the trails with me this season. 🙂
