Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

Step 3: Enjoy Your Shake

I have yet to find an Apollo protein I don’t like but I’m particularly fond of the vanilla ice cream. I like that you can flavor it basically any way you want. Not chalky at all and very good vanilla flavor.

I get sucked into adds about yummy looking proteins and go through many samples it’s redicilous. But I alway come back and buy this brand in full size. The taste is amazing. It’s hard to say which flavor is my favorite because I love them all. I think vanilla shake is more versatile because you can mix it with your own crap and make it taste anyway you want, however it tastes just like vanilla milkshake. My husband uses different brand but dips into mine occasionally and when he tries mine he says this can’t be “real” it just taste too good for protein 😀

It smells wonderful and blends really evenly with just cold water and a shaker bottle (my preferred way to drink it). The packaging represents the brand well; it’s cute! Iridescent is my jam! The best thing about this protein is that it is made with grass fed whey + an egg white protein source and doesn’t contain stevia or other nasty sweeteners that hurt your stomach. Pure, whole food ingredients and impeccable taste and texture make this protein one I will continue to use over and over. Additionally, Unico has great customer service, which is a huge plus in my book! 🙂
