I was skeptical of this product just from how my body has been on other probiotics (Aka they didn’t seem to do much). After a few days of taking this supplement, I felt less bloated and my stomach issues decreased. Now after taking this regularly for about 6 months, I’ve seen vast improvements in my bloating, pms symptoms, stomach upsets and I feel more regular on these than I was before. If I miss a dose, I definitely feel a difference. I love this product. Love the packaging. Like others have stated, an hour or so after I take my dose, I’ll burp and I can taste a citrusy aftertaste, but I don’t mind it.

I just switched to this probiotic a week ago so I haven’t noticed any changes yet. But I will say, as someone who can have a gag reflex with capsules/pills, this one is easy to swallow. I’ve also experienced what I can only describe as burps that taste like wildflowers for the first half of the day. And I’m not mad about it. Give it a try!

I wanted to love this stuff soooo much! I have tried various other probiotics in the past, but each one made me constipated and have severe stomach bloating/pain. I read the reviews on this and since I love their regular protein powders (NOT the vegan ones) I thought perhaps this could help. I have been irregular, constipated and bloated all on my own the last several months. I have not fully figured out what is causing it since I didn’t really change anything in my diet, lifestyle, or medications. The only thing I can think of is perhaps it is due to my ADHD meds OR perhaps having stopped elavil which supposedly messes with your stomach after stopping. Though I stopped taking it about a month & 1/2 before the symptoms started.
ANYWAY, I tried these to see if possibly they would give me some relief. And I got two bottles because after research some people get worse before getting better on probiotics for the first month or so. Well, two months later and it got worse, but for sure NOT better.
I gave it 2 stars instead of just 1 only because the packaging is really pretty, the pills also look really pretty. And there is absolutely no noticeable flavor during or after taking the pill. (Idk what people are talking about a lavender flavor… I don’t even smell anything in the cup and I have a REALLY sensitive nose…)
Well, I am off to try something else…again… hopefully the next will do the trick!

Bought this on a whim. Having taken $$$$ probiotics in the past, didn’t really have high expectations. Less than a week and anxiety, depression and sleep were all greatly improved. Even able to stop meds (not medical advice always talk to your doctor). VERY impressed.

I have been using this for about a month now, and I have been feeling better – decrease in bloating and less stomach issues! I even feel like my cramps were less this month! There are some weird taste when I burp after taking it, but nothing crazy.

Noticed a decrease in bloating within the first few days! Amazing. Weird after taste/flavor that I burp up but only mildly annoying.
