    Absolutely love this stuff! I was a little apprehensive at first but, after taking several months off from CrossFit I needed some extra help getting back into it. I got the Firework Freeze Pop flavor (tastes SO good) the first time and just ordered the Yummy Gummy (hoping it’s just as good). I definitely feel like it helps reduce muscle soreness and recovery time. It mixes really well (with a blend bottle at least) and as long as you keep the container dry it doesn’t clump up. I made the mistake of removing the little moisture removing thing because it was getting in the way and almost immediately noticed some minor clumping. I jut used a butter knife to break it up and, voila, back to normal!

    I have to admit, I am on the Yumino train. I got the firework freezepop flavor and WOW. It really does transport you to a simpler time, when there was no COVID, no fires in the PNW, less hate (maybe I made that up, but living in Portland makes me yearn for the days when I was a child elsewhere and blissfully unaware of how awful the world can be), and people did their own thing.

    If you want to add EAAs/BCAAs to your regimen, I definitely recommend these. I will be getting more. I mostly use them to flavor water since I aim to drink about a gallon a day and I get bored eventually and want beer… but in tandem with the rest of a stack, I think they are worth it.

    On another note, it should be stated that the packaging is amazing. As per usual. Uniconutrition, thank you for making fitness, health, and wellness pretty! <3 xoxo
