I like the pixie punch and firecracker flavors. I usually drink before, during or right after a workout. I feel an extra burst of energy when I drink before time. And I have noticed that I’ve not been as sore after a workout. I will definitely keep this as part of my work out fueling. I use 1 scoop to an 8 oz glass.

This was my fist time using aminos in my workouts and I am hooked! I am not going to workout with out it. I purposefully trained extra hard and was barely sore, ready to train again the next day! Plus the pink pixie flavor is perfect for my sweet tooth!

All right, I’ve officially tried all three flavors and can say that Firework Freeze Pop is the best, Yummy Gummy is runner up, and Pink Pixie Punch is third best. None of these taste bad, mind you, but if given a choice that’s the order I’d pick them.
On top of tasting great, this stuff really helps with recovery. I’m not nearly as sore as I used to be after CrossFit workouts. My only complaint is that, even with a dry-pack in there, it gets a little clumpy. It’s not a huge issue; I always use a blender bottle and it seems to mix perfectly well.

Pink Pixie Punch tastes sooo good! I like to drink it during and after my workout. I like to lift and lift heavy and I am rarely sore at all. My only not-so-good comment is that despite having the dry pak in the container, about halfway though, it started to get pretty clumpy. It was always kept in a cool, dark place, alongside my other Unico products and nothing else was affected like this product. I would buy again, though, based on performance and taste.

I ordered the pink pixie punch due to it sounding like a good flavor and how all the reviews hyped it up. However, I wasn’t a huge fan of the taste. It smelled like an actual pixie stick but it didn’t taste as great as it smelled. I’m impressed with the performance though because it really does help with muscle soreness the next day after a workout.
