I bought the stacker set to begin with and wasn’t sure if need the amino acids. After using for two months this is now my go to. I really can say I’ve never been extremely sore after a workout and I can feel a difference of how my body repairs itself. The flavors are great! I can’t wait till firework freeze pop is restocked because I’m on my last few scoops! I don’t want to buy any other brands EAA mix because this product has been an important supplement for me since I like to heavy resistance train.
The flavor is really nice and only really sweet/tangy if you don’t mix enough water with it. I always drink this during and after my workout sessions. I do honestly see a difference with my post workout soreness, for example I took a month off training because I got my thigh and calf tattooed and the day I got back to the gym I went pretty hardcore, didn’t take any supplement and I was REALLY sore for 3-4 days. But as I started incorporating this powder back into my diet, the soreness went away fairly quickly. (and for all you that may wonder why didn’t I use it this supplement earlier it’s because I wanted to test the post workout soreness/muscle recovery claim to the fullest)

I got the Firework Freeze Pop and it’s soo yummy, it actually tastes like a freeze pop. I only give it 4 stars because sometimes I find it to be almost too sweet, but I do like it a lot!

Reviewing the Yummy Aminos’ EAAS:
I ordered the yummy gummy flavor first….OMG!!! It’s soooooo good. First off, no weird after taste, chemical taste or weird grit. Also no weird jittery feeling.
The taste is incredible: yummy gummy legit taste exactly like a white gummy bear, with a hint of apple juice. It’s sooooo yummy and it works, i honestly have not been sore since!!!
Because i liked it so much, i went back and ordered the firework freeze pop flavor since reviews rave about that flavor. It’s delicious too! It really does taste like a classic freeze pop. I use both, yummy gummy is still my favorite!

I bought the firework freezepop flavor and it really does taste like the popsicle. However, it is a little bit sour and sometimes I find it hard to get down before a workout but it is way better than other bcaas I have tried.
