Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

I love love love this protein powder. Did I mention I LOVE it? I have tried Birthday Cupcakes.. IT HAS SPRINKLES IN IT! 🎉🦄 I mean who doesn’t love sprinkles?? It just makes me happy. I have also tried the Chocolate Peanutbutter AAAHHHMAZING! I just reordered Birthday Cupcakes, and am trying Molten Chocolate Lava Cake this time. I especially love these mixed with Silk Protein Nut Milk and some ice,and some added water. Perfect mix. The Birthday Cupcakes is really great mixed in with overnight oats.. truly I look forward to drinking my protein shakes. Pretty much every other powder I have tried before I have had struggle through or “get used to”. Get this protein powder. Doooooo eeeeeeet. It’s the bomb.

This protein is not chalky AT ALL and it tastes delicious whether it’s just with milk or just water. I do half a cup water and half milk, with some ice cubes and blend it up, it’s the perfect morning shake when I’m in a rush!!!

Heaven sent!!! I love love love this product. I have tried a lot of different powders (I use them mainly as a meal replacement) and, for me, they have to taste good or I will not stick with it. I loved Arbonne’s powders because they were yummy, but this powder wins by far! So tasty and fills me up just enough. I got the birthday cake flavor and love it. I am happy there are so many flavors. Arbonne only had the two and it gets boring after a while. I will definitely be reordering and will order additional flavors! Thank you for this product!
