Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

Love it! I got the Birthday Cupcakes flavor and was hoping it wouldn’t have an artificial flavor taste, and I’m happy to say that it doesn’t! I’ve been mixing in some collagen powder as well as a scoop of vanilla frozen yogurt in the blender to make the texture nice and thick. I think I might just to order it again when my current container runs out. Thanks!

Really good stuff! I was hesitant to try since I am a cheapskate at heart and there were not many reviews on the birthday cake flavor, but It wa worth it overall. It’s still a little chalky but I’m not sure it’s can be avoided with a powder.
