Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

I have tried umpteen different brands of protein powder over the years but this brand takes the cake! Literally lol. The birthday cake cupcakes Apollo protein from Unico tastes so amazing!!! It is also a really fine powder and mixes well with no clumps! It goes down so smooth and feels like I’m drinking dessert! Without a doubt the best protein powder I’ve ever had. I normally can’t finish a whole tub of other brands because I get sick of it, but I have no doubt I’ll finish my tub of the Birthday Cake flavor and be ordering more. First off let me say I am extremely picky when it comes to protein powders mainly due to the texture. I’ve tried hundreds and have hated them because of their awful powdery texture. BUT let me just say I LOVE the birthday cake with rainbow sprinkles can drink it with just water and it’s still SUPER TASTY. Not gritty and it tastes and even smells great! Honestly I’ve tried it will unsweetened almond milk and I think the almond milk ruined the taste so I just stick with water. I can honestly just mix it with a straw and it dissolves super well. Honestly this is by far my fave flavor so far on my second bottle of protein powder and decided to try the cinnamon roll flavor because they were out of the birthday cake flavor. I will write another review for the cinnamon roll flavor but this one is a MUST BUY!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
