Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

Birthday cake one is amazing!!!!!! You can bake with it too! The banana cream pie is life changing if you drink it super fast……. For some reason if it sits for even 5 min. it gets this disgusting bitter taste!!!! I mean can’t down it disgusting!!!!! That said I would still buy it again but if you take your time it’s vile! Vanilla shake one is awesome and really similar to the birthday cupcakes one. Favorite shakes on the market!!!!!

I’m not one to review anything, and I typically am not loyal to any one brand…. except Unico. I’ve bought 3 tubs of their protein: strawberry cheesecake, birthday cake, vanilla, as well as numerous sample boxes. I love every single flavor, I use Unico protein in my morning shakes before work and the flavor is so good and not chalky at all. I was hesitant at first about buying my first tub but the flavor is so incredible I still have a hard time believing that there’s any protein in it at all. I bought vanilla this last round for more versatility in my shakes but the birthday cake tastes like Funfetti and is absolutely incredible

Best tasting protein powder out there. Leaves you feeling full and the birthday cupcake legit tastes like cake. I will say its a little on the sweet side so I like to mix it with a little cocoa powder to dumb the sweet down and it helps, also turning it into a chocolate cake taste. YUM.
