Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

Amazing all the way through. My package was initially lost but I was able to reach out to customer service and get it replaced. So far I’ve only mixed it with unsweet almond milk as a shake and also used it to make pancakes. Both delicious! It is pretty sweet but you can adjust the flavor with extra mix in. The packaging is adorable and the sprinkles are such a fun addition! Really something you look forward to using after a workout.

The Birthday Cake Cupcake powder is amazing. I’ve made cookies, a cake, and pancakes with it- (and if course shakes- I’m on keto btw) AH MAY ZING!!!! I went on a limb and bought the Strawberry shortcake powder and it is my new favorite!!! All my friends are also addicted. Do not hesitate- both are so delicious and a staple in my daily diet and definitely curb a need for sugar!

I bought the birthday cake cupcake protein powder and it is by far the best protein powder I’ve ever purchased. It’s not chalky, it tastes great, it’s sweet, and it’s super filling (I use this as a snack also). The tubs are quite big so it’s convenient and the packing is nice.
