Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

Really enjoy this when I break fast midday. It’s filling without making me feel bloated, and it’s easy at work to mix with water. So far, the birthday cake is my favorite flavor (blended with strawberries or a banana and it’s even better). The chocolate cake was a little disappointing (just didn’t have a big chocolate flavor like the kick of vanilla that birthday cake had) and banana cream pie and cinnamon roll were good but not mind blowing. The real win is that no matter the flavor, it dissolves easily and isn’t chalky whatsoever. Going to keep trying my way through all of the flavors. Really do love this product overall and very much recommend it.
