Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

The search is over! I have been looking for the best Strawberry flavor protein powder and this is it!! the cream cheese powder I think makes this so creamy, it makes the best protein ice cream with the protein blend and the bits of freeze dried strawberries make it so tasty….. I still add some frozen strawberries to make it extra sweet and berry licious!!

This isn’t my favorite flavor from UNICO, but I do like it. The little freeze dried bits of strawberries are a delicious little treat in the shake, and it’s not too sweet. It’s definitely worth buying outside of the sample pack because you won’t be disappointed!
