Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

Very good, true to taste. I use 8 oz almondmilk with a scoop of this and half cup of strawberries in my blendjet and it comes out great. You can taste the cheesecake flavor, it’s not super intense but a nice touch of it.

Honestly, I was prepared for this to be… I don’t know, chalky? Or artificial? And I honestly would have been fine with that. It’s a powder, and I’m drinking it because my medication makes it hard for me to eat until well after noon.
It’s… delicious. It tastes like cake batter or something. It has real bits of fruit. It makes an amazing smoothie if you throw some banana and real strawberries in there. It mixes so well (pro tip, though: put it on TOP of the blender ball and water).
I’m definitely gonna buy more flavors. I’m really hoping the meal replacement is back in stock soon. But if nothing else, I’m absolutely buying this one again.

I love the bits of real berries! It really gives it that special strawberry zing. It mixes without that typical protein chalkiness, always smooth without any grit. I love unico!

I love Apollo Protein and have tried all of the flavors and enjoy & recommend almost all of them. This is the only flavor that did not sit well with me or my family (usually a huge fans of cheesecake flavored things). We bought the tub of this flavor and unfortunately could not manage to even get through half of it before throwing away.
Pros:
– The shake was very filling
– Packaging was appealing as usual!
Cons:
– I found the freeze dried strawberries to be odd once they rehydrated they were kind of slimy and lumpy (I don’t use a blender, only a shaker bottle. Maybe a blender would help this issue)
– Was difficult to get everything to mix well so I ended up with sort of sour tasting lumps (unless this is the intended experience??)
– The texture was just way too thick and felt a bit like drinking sludge. It sort of helped to add more milk but that didn’t resolve the other texture issues.
