Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

Its not a bad flavor, but it’s one you will want to doctor up. You should definitely have in the Sample Box, so you can try it before having to buy a huge tub of it. The dehydrated strawberries weren’t my favorite thing. A Cheesecake flavor by itself might be a good one though.

OMG. Seriously this stuff is SOOO GOOD! I’m so glad I took a chance and tried the Strawberry Cheesecake flavor, it is divine! With this flavor specifically I have found that I like it best once the strawberries have rehydrated so I like to mix it up at least an hour or so before I want to drink it to give them plenty of time to get juicy. I have tried many brands of protein/meal replacement shakes and for the most part I have found that the only flavors that are palatable are chocolate and vanilla. Not the case with this company! These shakes are so good that I actually crave them. (Strawberry Cheesecake flavor is also fantastic mixed 1/1 with the Birthday Cupcake flavor)

I did not like this flavor at all it’s really bad I did get the variety pack after I purchased this big tub and I no should of got another flavor. The strawberry pieces make it sour

They really need to offer a sample packet of ALL flavors – as this one we gambled on and for us it was not palatable. The strawberry part was perfect, but the cheesecake flavoring tasted more like rancid milk. I was bummed to find out that this company doesn’t offer refunds on open bottles, but we like some of the other flavors enough that I guess I will deal with it. Throwing the rest of this bottle away!

Didn’t like this flavor at all. Maybe if it had more of a strawberry flavor but it just gives off a burnt flavor. I threw the whole container away couldn’t even finish one shake. I do love the birthday cake, banana cream pie and peanut butter chocolate flavor.

This is one of my new favorite flavors from Apollo. I ordered one of the sample boxes and tried a ton of them but this was the winner. This is my dessert shake. I would have given 5 stars if the cal/protein ratio were a little better but all in all I would highly recommend!
