Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

I generally don’t like vanilla protein since it tends to amplify the protein flavor with it being more bland in general. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this brand is the exception! I love adding frozen fruit to it instead of ice to get it nice and cold! I haven’t tried adding anything else like banana’s or peanut butter, but I am positive that I will buy again and try all the different ways to enjoy this! No bloating afterward or stomach pain like I’ve experienced with other protein mixes. I have already placed my next order to try some of the other flavors! Can’t wait!!!

Cons first: Instructions are unclear; I had to email customer service to ask how many scoops per how many ounces of water/milk. It has a slight chalky texture, which I am not a fan of. Could the package be eco friendly? I feel like the tub is a waste of plastic and it’s huge. I don’t have anywhere to put it.
Pros: Flavor is intense but so good. Carbs and sugar are low.

After reading the many reviews about how delicious this protein powder was, I was so excited to get my hands on some. I started with a basic Vanilla Milkshake flavor as I figured I could jazz it up on my own as I pleased. While the flavor is definitely tasty, I was a bit disappointed that it was more grainy/chalky than I expected. Not unbearable though…
I’m going to give it another go though with some fruit mix- ins! And might even order the sample pack to try some of the other flavors people have raved about.
