This is the most superior fat burner I have tried. My coaches have had me try a few including Redcon, 1st phorm and BPI. With my workout and nutrition plan….DANG has this amplified the results! I have other coaches and trainers now asking me my secrets and telling me how proud they are of my progress in my short amount of time. No I dont take anything other than the fat burner, protein powders, BCAA and preworks. Those are my only supplements and protein powder is not a daily intake either. So yes, this works and is worth the cost. You have to take it consistently, I take 3 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. My appetite is not suppressed from this but I have ADHD and have taken medication for that for years, The point of this is to not necessarily decrease your caloric intake but to help boost your metabolic reaction. I eat around 2300 calories a day. Highly highly recommend

I’ve been taking this for awhile and I think it helps. I think if I made better choices it would help more. I only do 2pills 1x a day since I’m not as dedicated as I would like to be. I have to eat Arms it or I get very nauseous.
